Entry Title: Vocabulary in Sentences
1.  Directions:  Write two sentences with two vocabulary words in each sentence.  Be sure the meanings of the words are clear in context.  Be prepared to share your sentences with a partner and the class.

2.  Then... go into FlashCardMachine and play a vocabulary game with your new list!

          • Create your own new way of reading.
    The idea is to get the reading done and have fun doing it!  Be creative!

      1.  DIRECTIONS:  With a partner, quiz each other on how to spell the vocabulary words.  be sure you challenge your partner on how to spell the different word family member as well!\

      2.  Then... go into FlashCardMachine and play a vocabulary game with your new list!

        1.  Compare the different styles of reading that you have tried for chapters 15-17?  Which would you recommend doing in the future?  Why?  Give examples from your experience with the process.

        2.  Then... go into FlashCardMachine and play a vocabulary game with your new list!

        I can prepare for a vocabulary test by reviewing the words through a review game called Around-the-World and Back.

          Study for the vocabulary test with a friend...

          Here are some options...

          1. Study independently using your FlashCardMachine flashcards. The games are really fun!
          2. Study with a friend using your FlashCardMachine flashcards.
          3. Create a Google Form and create a quiz that you share with a friend.  Grade their test and see how they did!
