The repetitive steps an author goes through to create a text. (Pre-writing, Drafting, Revising, Editing, Publishing)
  1. Pre-writing - Time to Think
Brainstorming, free writing, outlines, mind maps...
  2. Drafting - Time to Write it Down
Don't worry about grammar, spelling, punctuation... YET!
  3. Revising - Time to Improve Ideas

     is perfect!
  4. Editing - Time to Make it Correct (Spelling, Punctuation, Grammar) Smaller changes. Turn on suggestions in Google Docs!
  5. Publishing - Time to Share It with Others!
