        ANNOUNCEMENTS          

1. Check your Gmail twice a day - before school and after school.

2.  Did you bring in a book to read?

        DO NOW          

Use one of the words from Vocabulary List I in a sentence.

Guidelines:

1. Use part of the definition of the word in your sentence.

2. Underline the vocabulary word.

3. Check for grammar, spelling and punctuation.

        LEARNING TARGETS          

1.  I can run test on my Chromebook to be sure it is ready to handle the NWEA.

2.  I can practice taking the NWEA using a practice test.

3.  I can demonstrate my knowledge of the short story, Checkouts by Cynthia Rylant.
